The Ivy Napa Hotels six dedicated meeting rooms range in size from 500 to 3,680 square feet and are aptly named after wine terms that honor the vineyard community in which it is located.
Carneros Ballroom
With 3680 square feet, our Carneros Ballroom is our largest selection of meeting and event space. With the ability to host events of up to 368 people, it is the ideal setting for large corporate meetings, wedding receptions and a variety of other meetings and events in Napa Valley.
Monticello Room
Offering 1400 square feet, the Monticello Room can accommodate groups of up to 140 people and is perfect for banquets and mid-size meetings.
Zinfandel, Merlot, Sauvignon and Pinot Rooms
Designed for small to medium meetings, these four break -out rooms offer 500 square feet each. The Zinfandel & Merlot or Sauvignon & Pinot rooms can be combined to offer two separate rooms of 1000 square feet of meeting space accommodating up to 100 guests each.
